What I find to be very sad about how most businesses present themselves today is that they fall far short of communicating that they are remarkable. Whether you are selling B2B or B2C, your audience so often is needing to find something very specific to meet their need. Everyone has had enough mediocre. So, why not instead take a risk and be truly unique. If who you are or the quality of your product is exceptional, then make it unmistakably clear.

Instead, loudly promote who you are and what you do well. You will get your special customer, and they will stick with you.
